HERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW!
Welcome to our store. We are thrilled you are here! We sell a variety of products from a variety of retailers, most of which are brand new. However, from time-to-time, we will also receive products that are returns or damages from big box stores. Our team visually verifies these products to ensure all parts and pieces are present and in good working order, and notes when there is a damage or defect to the best of our ability. However, if we miss an issue, please note our return policy below. You are also welcomed (and encouraged) to bring any item to the sales counter to open and test prior to purchasing!
Store Policies
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase (not the date of pickup) but must include the receipt. Bank statements are not acceptable substitutions for a receipt, as they do not include the itemized price paid.
We do not negotiate prices. Please see the separate document as to why we do not.
Returns are not accepted on any item stamped “Final Sale.”
Finder’s Keepers rewards redemptions cannot be combined with any other sale, discount, or promotion.
A limit of $30 in Finders Keepers rewards can be redeemed per day.
If you purchase an item using Dune Dollars, returns will be issued via store credit.
Credit card purchases must be $5 or more due to processing fees we have to pay.
Items are first-come-first-served, and we do not hold merchandise. You are welcome to call and pay for items over the phone.
Items purchased over the phone are strongly encouraged to be inspected prior to leaving the store (please see 1st paragraph above).
Any items purchased over the phone must be picked up within three days or you may be charged a 5% storage fee.
